Wanted to achieve a sub 25 minute 5K but my training fell off :/ Longest run: 12-ish miles, I believe it is my IT band that is tearing me up at about 9 miles, just started working with a foam roller. Short-Term Running Goals: Would like to run a 24 minute 5K and a sub 2-hour half marathon. And a 6:59 mile! Long-Term Running Goals: Run 25-ish minute 5k's throughout my 50's and 60's, I'm working hard for my retirement in my 40's and want to stay active and be able to enjoy it!
