My best 5K: 25:47. Wanted to achieve a sub 25 minute 5K but my training fell off :/ Longest run: 12-ish miles, I believe it is my IT band that is tearing me up at about 9 miles, just started working with a foam roller.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Would like to run a 24 minute 5K and a sub 2-hour half marathon. And a 6:59 mile!
Long-Term Running Goals:
Run 25-ish minute 5k's throughout my 50's and 60's, I'm working hard for my retirement in my 40's and want to stay active and be able to enjoy it!

Married, one daughter who SOMETIMES runs track and x-country.
